Nos preocupa la situación de crisis económica, social y moral de nuestra juventud, que no encuentra referentes ni alternativas, l@s jóvenes de condición humilde que no pueden estudiar ni tienen trabajo, los que son victimas del pandillaje pernicioso y las drogas, también una juventud Universitaria académicamente preparada pero sin protagonismo social ni político. Chimbote tiene una juventud vulnerable sin identidad cultural ni capacidad de respuesta.
Nuestra juventud “divino tesoro” no solo es el futuro de nuestro país si no el presente que estamos viviendo por ello es importante que conozcan su realidad para poder transformarla, tenemos el compromiso de contribuir a su formación para que desarrollen sus capacidades, iniciativas y creatividad; motivarlos para desarrollar su potencial para ser más productivos y obtener mejores resultados familiares y profesionales. A visualizar y definir qué quieren lograr en la vida y fortalecer sus actitudes de liderazgo necesarias para obtener y disfrutar de una mejor calidad de vida para transformar nuestra sociedad.
Muchos jóvenes, sin importar de qué Universidad o carrera, se están perfilando a convertirse algún día en exitosos empresarios y profesionales. En no mucho tiempo van a ser responsables del trabajo de mucha gente. Como líderes, van a influir, para bien o para mal, en el desarrollo sustentable de la región.
La Escuela tendrá carácter multidisciplinario, pluralista y diverso, sin sectarismo de ninguna clase guiándoles estrictamente por los conocimientos científicos de nuestra realidad.
Esta IV Escuela de Líderes para la Defensa y el Desarrollo esta dirigida a jóvenes con aptitudes y vocación política, quienes recibirán formación en seis ejes temáticos:
